East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group (ELR CCG) has appointed a new Chief Commissioning and Performance Officer.
Paul Gibara will lead on key areas of work for the CCG, including developing strategies and plans for future services, overseeing the CCG’s performance and leading on systems and processes including the Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) programme.
Paul will also oversee the Continuing Healthcare contract and the CCG’s contract with its Commissioning Support Unit.
Paul said: “I’m delighted to be here. I’m passionate about working as part of a team to make a real difference to improving the lives of our patients.”
