Tracy Burton

Chief Nurse and Quality Officer

Tracy is a registered Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor with a Masters Degree in Public Health and Executive level Coaching and Mentoring and has worked within the NHS for 33 years.

Throughout her career Tracy has worked in a variety of senior commissioning, leadership and Nursing roles, leading across systems driving transformational change to improve quality for patients and communities. She is passionate about patient care ensuring patients are at the heart of all decision-making.

Before joining ELR CCG Board as Chief Nurse & Quality Officer, Tracy worked mainly within Nottinghamshire , South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw. She is also the Caldicott Guardian.
