We engage with the public using a number of methods, including:
• Posters and leaflets
• Partnership publications
• Our website
• Social media
We aim to ensure that the information we provide using all our channels is accurate, clear and relevant.
We also aim to ensure the way we engage is accessible to all. We consider whether documents need to be prepared in different formats (easy read for people with learning difficulties for example) and we choose event venues and locations taking into consideration public transport links, parking, accessibility and other facilities. Where it is requested, we can also arrange for a hearing loop or sign language interpreter to be present at our public events.
If you require information in other formats such as braille or large print, or if you have any suggestions or requests in relation to the accessibility of our engagement materials and activities, please contact the communications team via email at: email@example.com or by calling us on 0116 295 3405.
